Step 1: Insert Pendrive in your computer.

Step 2: Open a Command Prompt as an administrator.
To open Command Prompt press window + R and type "cmd" without quotation and press enter.

Step 3: Now, Type 'diskpart' on Command Prompt (without quotes) and hit Enter. Wait for a while until the DISKPART program run.

Step 4: After that type 'list disk' to view active disks on your computer and hit Enter. There would be seen that the active disks shown as Disk 0 for the hard drive and Disk 1 for your USB flash drive with its total capacity.

Step 5: Next, type 'select disk 1' to determine that disk 1 would be processed in the next step then hit Enter.

Step 6: Fire next command 'clean' and hit Enter to remove all of the data in the drive.

Step 7: Then type 'create partition primary' and hit Enter. Creating a primary partition and further recognized by Windows as 'partition 1'.

Step 8: Now, type 'select partition 1' and then press Enter. Choosing the 'partition 1' for setting up it as an active partition.

Step 9: After that type 'active' and hit Enter. Activating the current partition.

Step 10: Then type 'format fs=ntfs quick' and hit Enter. Formatting the current partition as NTFS file system quickly.
NOTE: If your server platform supports Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI), you should format the USB flash drive as FAT32 rather than as NTFS. To format the partition as FAT32, type format fs=fat32 quick, and then click ENTER.

Step 11: Next type 'exit' and hit Enter. Leaving DISKPART program but don't close the Command Prompt instead. We would still need it for the next process.

Step 12: After that now copy-paste the files that you want to boot into the Pendrive. Now your Pendrive is ready to role. Restart your computer and boot up your Pendrive as per your computer system.

Now bootable USB drive is ready to be used for installing Windows from the flash drive and you’re done.
